Monday: Peer Review and Team Feedback
Monday is our opportunity to reflect on recent work, learn from each other, and prepare for the week ahead.
Because major milestones are typically due on Sunday, Monday activities often focus on reviewing completed work, identifying opportunities for improvement, and planning next steps. Teams may be paired with other teams to provide feedback on project deliverables when doing so is appropriate and does not conflict with project agreements, confidentiality requirements, or intellectual property restrictions.
Monday activities may include:
- Complete assigned peer-review tasks
- Recognizing contributions through shout outs
- Discussing team and project challenges
- Submit individual and team Weekly 3x3
- Update the team Meeting Agenda and Notes
- Reviewing announcements and course logistics
- Planning goals, responsibilities, and priorities for the coming week
- Confirm milestone goals, owners, and deadlines for the week
The purpose of these activities is to strengthen project deliverables, improve communication, encourage collaboration across teams, and help everyone start the week with a clear plan.
Occasionally, students may also be asked to complete team feedback surveys or other reflection activities. These provide instructors with additional insight into how teams are functioning and where support may be needed.
As with all course activities, students are expected to participate professionally, provide honest and constructive feedback, and engage in good faith.
