In this assignment you will communicate your project plan to your community partners and instructors. Please see the instruction sin the plan template found in the Microsoft Teams Channel.

Submission

Compose a professional email to your project community partners. Include a pdf of your project plan. Carbon Copy (CC) all members of your team (including yourself) and CC the course instructors.

Add the proposal to your Microsoft Team folder with the completion date in the title. For example YYYYMMDD-Plan.docx. The file location should be obvious in your folder structure and the instructor should not have to hunt it down.

Common Feedback from previous proposals

• Use existing libraries/tools and don’t reinvent the wheel.
• Try to minimize number of languages. If this means avoiding python for another consider it.
• Focus on end-to-end workflows. Stub the code and then iterate to get better. Don’t plan to finish one part “perfectly” and move on.
• Data/model need not be perfect first iteration. Start with the simple model and write the code so that it can be easily updated and improved. Use early results to provide a benchmarks to measure improvement.
