Attitude of gratitude

(5 points)

This week we will do another asyncronous seminar and talk about the research behind Gratitude and how it can be used to reduce stress. There is an ancient curse that says “May you live in interesting times”, well, these times are interesting. Lets use this as an opportunity to reflect and think of ways to make our lives better (it will get better).

To access this seminar you will need to log-in to your D2L account and go to “Content–>Asynchronous Seminars.” Here is a direct link to this week’s seminar:

NOTE: if the above link does not work, please try logging into D2L directly by going to http://d2l.msu.edu and then clicking on “Content”. You should see the asynchronous seminars from there.
