11/01 - Gratitude

(10 points - Due November 1st)

This week I want you to think about about the things for which you are grateful. These are hard times but also unique. Research has shown that forcing and "attitude of gratitude can reduce stress.

You will get 5 points for posting an interesting link or question and 2 points for each follow-up comment (max 10 points).

Navigate to the course D2L website. Select the Communications>Discussions and add a post to the current thread. Completing this by Thursday October 7th and receive your points.
